		<description>What a great idea. I was thinking about the first point in your list of outcomes even before reading it. This will indeed save millions because a lot of long projects will be canceled. Not to mention that scope inflation ( see: http://www.pmhut.com/preventing-scope-inflation ) will no longer be an issue, as stakeholders will refrain from requesting changes or adding more features just to meet the deadline.

This is an excellent strategy and it works really well in the web industry.</description>
